Step 3: Set Up and Review
With the information from the discovery meeting and our research, our experts will compose a multi-media trivia challenge for your live event quiz show guests.
You’ll also get a dedicated CRM with lead qualification segments tied directly to the questions and answers.
All questions, answers, and accompanying content will be written by a Quest quiz master and approved by the client before the event.

The multi-media trivia challenge will take place at your event venue with questions displayed on a large screen read allowed to the participants playing on their own mobile devices as teams or individuals. Attendees can register to participate at your event or in advance. It is started at a set time when the guests are ready to go.
Quest will provide an administrator to run the trivia challenge at your booth.

How will a Live Quiz Show event help my business?
Webinars are a great way to market your business but are often executed without a business developments strategy. Quest quiz shows not only provide a memorable experience but the insights gained from participants are tied directly to your business development goals.
How do my guests participate?
Participation instructions are sent out upon registration along with the link to the Kahoot! website or app store and included at the registration station at your venue. When the quiz show begins, the Quest host will display a code for the guests to enter into their personal devices to sync their answers with the questions. The hosts controls the pace of the quiz and can address any questions the guests have during the quiz show.
Why a dedicated CRM? Can we use my CRM?
We have a process that works with the quiz formats to segment and tag the participants in an Active Campaign CRM with relative ease. If you are using an Active Campaign CRM and can provide access to create properties and integrations, we can use your CRM! If you use an equivalent CRM there could be limitations or additional costs but this is a case by case basis.
My event is next week. Can Quest turn around an event in time?
The most effective approach is to give 3 weeks notice to prepare the quiz show, this allows enough time to understand your business objectives, create your dedicated CRM, and write and review the questions with you. Although, some exceptions apply.
How long does the quiz show last?
All quizzes contain a minimum 30 strategically written questions and can take anywhere from to 20 minutes to over an hour to complete depending your preferred pacing. (whether refreshmentsare being sold is a factor).
How much work is this for me?
There is very little required from you to pull this off. To start, you will need to fill out a short discovery questionnaire and have an accompanying 45-minute meeting with a Quest representative. You may need to provide us with a guest list and contact information. We write the quiz and provide all the promotional and accompanying content.
You will have the final say in all of the questions and answers, the review process will take approximately 20 minutes out of your week. A quiz host is present during the event to make sure things go smoothly.
Does Quest promote this event or do I?
Quest will provide promotional material to include in your emails, social media, ads, SEO landing page. If you don’t actively manage these channels but would like to take advantage of the opportunity, a Quest representative can set these up on your behalf. There may be additional costs in this case.
Is there a virtual event option?
Yes, we have a specific quiz show option for webinars as well as an option for online events, and virtual tradeshows where your guests control their own pace of play from home.
